Can I buy Taxbriefs products online?
We are currently putting the finishing touches to our e-commerce facility. Once this has been completed, we will roll out selected products to buy online. These will initially include our Subscription and Book ranges.
We will update the website with further details in the near future.
How do I pay for my goods?
Invoices are issued with non-personalised goods on despatch. On advance orders for personalised products, the invoice will be issued to the address supplied on the order form following despatch of the product. You can pay an invoice by credit card over the phone, but please note we do not accept any orders by phone.
How do I register my Report Planner CD?
If you wish to register your copy of Report Planner, or are experiencing any technical problems, please call our Helpdesk on 024 7683 9653. For administration inquires, please call Taxbriefs on 020 7250 0967.

What do I do if I have an account enquiry?
If you wish to receive a copy of an existing invoice, please e-mail info@taxbriefs.co.uk. For all other account enquiries, please call Taxbriefs on 020 7250 0967.
When will I receive my goods?
Non-personalised goods will normally be despatched within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If goods are out of stock, you will be notified. Orders received from outside the UK and Ireland will require pre-payment before despatch of goods. Orders are subject to a postage and packing charge - please refer to individual product order forms for further details. For addresses outside the UK, please contact us for a quotation. Returns will be accepted in a saleable state within 30 days of the date of despatch.
