Our client services team is on hand to help. All our clients have a secure My Account area on our website. From here you can access all your:

  • Quotes
  • Orders
  • Artwork proofs
  • PDF products
  • Marketing support material
  • Guides and more

We’ll notify you when you have a new quote or product to download, and your registered team members can log in when they like. Alternatively, you can call our client services team at any time to discuss your orders or requirements.

Our service levels

We offer three service levels allowing you to create the best fit for your firm:

We’ll ask you to approve a proof of your personalised details on each product before each edition just in case anything has changed. We won’t produce your material until you’ve signed it off. Once you’re happy, we’re happy.


We know that one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we take a collaborative and flexible approach to offer:

  • A range of designs on our newsletters and Budget products
  • The option to add your own story to your newsletter
  • Customisation of our designs with your colours and fonts for more bespoke communications
  • The ability to add your own artwork and match existing branding
  • Bespoke content options

We don’t tie you in to an annual subscription if that doesn’t suit you. You can purchase newsletters once or twice a year, take a smaller set of topic-related Key Guides or let us help you build a bespoke package of material that works best for your business.

And by the way – our name never appears on your products.
